1 марта на внеочередном заседании Рязанская городская дума досрочно прекратила полномочия заместителя председателя Думы - депутата от ЛДПР Дмитрия Панкина.
В августе 2022 года районный суд вынес в отношении Панкина обвинительный приговор. Его обвинили в присвоении 300 тысяч рублей, выделенных из городского бюджета на работу с избирателями. Срок три года депутат получил условно.
Приговор он обжаловал в областном суде. 22 февраля судья Рязанского областного суда Александр Ваганов оставил без изменения приговор Советского райсуда.
Так как приговор вступил в законную силу, мандат депутата подлежал аннулированию. Что сегодня и произошло.

Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
