🔺 مسیری که اکنون صنعت برق ایران می‌رود به بن‌بست می‌رسد؛ این واقعیتی است که اگر مسئولان و تصمیم‌گیران کشور به آن توجه نکنند، نه‌تنها صنعت برق آسیب می‌بیند، بلکه تمامی ابعاد زندگی در ایران به‌خاطر آسیب به زیرساخت آن که برق است، در معرض چالش و آسیب قرار می گیرد.

🔺 مسیری که اکنون صنعت برق ایران می‌رود به بن‌بست می‌رسد؛ این واقعیتی است که اگر مسئولان و تصمیم‌گیران کشور به آن توجه نکنند، نه‌تنها صنعت برق آسیب می‌بیند، بلکه تمامی ابعاد زندگی در ایران به‌خاطر آسیب به زیرساخت آن که برق است، در معرض چالش و آسیب قرار می گیرد.
In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
