«В кадрах все участники видео чешут носы или отмахиваются от мошки. Далее губернатор, и это на полном видео видно, поворачивает Елену Викторовну в сторону пожара и уточняет у нее подробности по тому направлению», – сказал РБК заместитель председателя правительства Забайкальского края Вячеслав Кулаков.
