Жительница Углегорска метнула ботинок с плесенью в мэра Дмитрия Цуканова при губернаторе Сахалина Валерии Лимаренко, отчаявшись получить новую квартиру вместо ветхого жилья. Бытовые условия в квартире женщины таковы, что на ботинке появилась плесень.
