В ночь на 23 марта дрон самолетного типа атаковал Оскольский электрометаллургический комбинат в Белгородской области. По данным Минобороны, над Белгородской областью сбили 12 снарядов реактивной системы залпового огня RM-70 Vampire, а губернатор Вячеслав Гладков сообщил о погибшем и пятерых пострадавших при обстреле Белгорода со стороны ВСУ.

Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
