«С 20% ее точно поднимать не надо. Я приверженец того, что вообще решать должен потребитель. Если потребление российского вина увеличивается, то и ретейлеры тоже себе не враги, и они будут эту полку увеличивать», — отметил он.
Также Титов отметил, что даже при текущей квоте сложно обеспечить достаточное количество ликвидных позиций.
