Помощь военнослужащим обсудили в Новом Уренгое на встрече главы ЯНАО с участниками спецоперации, которые сейчас находятся в отпуске. По просьбе бойцов в регионе внедрят новый сертификат на лечение и протезирование зубов — пройти процедуры можно будет не только на Ямале, но и в клиниках по всей России. В случае серьезного ранения номинал будет выше.
Также принято решение организовать курсы для матерей и жен защитников Отечества, чтобы помочь им легче переносить эмоциональные и психологические нагрузки. Будут расширены и возможности учреждений региона для адаптивного спорта. Это важный аспект выстраивания нового жизненного ритма для военнослужащих.
Губернатор напомнил, что в регионе действует кадровая программа «Герои Ямала». Большинство участников встречи уже проходят онлайн-тестирование, а с 1 сентября для демобилизованных бойцов начнется учеба. Действующие участники СВО, прошедшие отбор, будут зачислены на проект после возвращения с фронта. За каждым участником закрепят квалифицированного наставника.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
