По данным следствия, не позднее 2016 года состоя в должности главы администрации Центрального района города Барнаула, подозреваемый получил от гражданина взятку в виде оказания услуг по выполнению строительно-монтажных работ на принадлежащем ему земельном участке. Взятка предназначалась за назначение взяткодателя на руководящую должность в администрацию района.
