Посмотрите какая скоростная комиссия: вышли с участка в 19.10, а уже через пять минут в ящике лежало 100 проголосованных бюллетеней! Это примерно по 3 секунды на голосование 1 человека.

Считаю такие документы плевком в лицо всему обществу. Нагло, хамски и с ухмылкой плюют на выборы и гражданское общество.
