«Я думаю, что в ближайшие дни стороны достигнут компромисса и соберутся вместе. Сейчас есть проблема, которую необходимо урегулировать, а именно, как вы знаете, украинцы сначала требуют прекращения огня, а потом начала переговоров. Русские же сначала хотят переговоров, а потом уже прекращения огня. И в настоящее время ситуация находится в тупике. Обе стороны предпринимают попытки заручиться поддержкой Америки. И это нормальная ситуация».
