Сейчас физлица, которые самостоятельно ввозят в Россию иномарку для личных нужд, уплачивают утильсбор по льготной ставке — 3,4 тысячи рублей за новые машины возрастом до 3 лет и 5,2 тысячи рублей за автомобили с пробегом, которые старше 3 лет.
