"Он говорил неоднократно, что если бы был президентом, то этой войны бы не было. Я думаю, что и здесь он прав", - сказал Путин.
Российский лидер также упомянул свой разговор с прежним президентом США Джо Байденом, когда говорил тому о необходимости решать украинский вопрос мирно, не доводя до горячей фазы.
