В части субъектов в голосовании уже приняли участие более половины избирателей. Это Чукотка, Магаданская область, Сахалин, Якутия, Еврейская автономная область, ХМАО, Тыва, Кузбасс, Белгородская, Запорожская, Херсонская области, а также ДНР, Чечня и Кабардино-Балкария.
