Ему назначили 4 года колонии общего режима со штрафом 800 тысяч рублей. Предыдущий приговор, который включал только штраф в 48 млн рублей, больше не действителен.
Дело Синькова касается строительства здания полиции. Фактически, хоть договор и был заключен, необходимые работы проведены не были, а деньги за оплату работ были похищены.
Синьков – депутат заксобрания Амурской области, секретарь политсовета благовещенского отделения "Единой России", является почётным строителем России и почётным гражданином Благовещенска.
