В ведомстве добавили, что проверяли 12-ю бригаду специального назначения «Азов» и не обнаружили нарушений прав человека. Якобы это подразделение не имеет отношения к батальону «Азов», созданному в 2014 году.
«В 2015 году данное формирование было распущено, и бригада специального назначения «Азов» существенно отличается от него по составу», — сказали в Госдепе.
О зверствах нацбата, таких как расстрел мирных жителей Мариуполя, в том числе матерей с детьми, Госдеп в своём объяснении не упомянул.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
