Её подозревают в организации деятельности нежелательной организации.
По данным следствия, в сентябре 2024-го и в марте 2025-го Тимченко опубликовала видеозаписи для формирования протестных настроений у граждан, а также для их вовлечения в деятельность нежелательной в РФ организации. Решается вопрос об объявлении её в розыск.
