Следствие установило, что в 2018—2024 годах Логинов получил от гендиректора коммерческой организации свыше 180 млн рублей. За это он должен был обеспечить победу организации в конкурсах на выполнение ремонта городских дорог.
В кабинете Логинова в администрации города, у него дома, а также в МКУ «Управление дорог, инфраструктуры и благоустройства» проведены обыски.
Логинов задержан, решается вопрос об избрании меры пресечения.

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
