19 мая вьетнамская делегация во главе с заместителем министра иностранных дел Ле Тхи Тху Ханг приняла участие в 34-й сессии Комиссии по предупреждению преступности и уголовному правосудию (CCPCJ34), проходившей в Вене.
В ходе мероприятия заместитель министра Ле Тхи Тху Ханг официально объявила дату церемонии подписания Конвенции в Ханое: 25–26 октября 2025 года.
Ожидается, что сопредседателями этого мероприятия станут президент Вьетнама Лыонг Кыонг и Генеральный секретарь ООН Антониу Гутерриш.
