Глава отдела МИД Германии по вопросам России и Беларуси Михаил Новак сообщил, что «мораторий на приём по гуманитарным основаниям снят».
При этом Новак не уточнил сроки и детали возобновления процедуры:
«Мораторий впервые объявлен завершённым, однако официальной публикации со стороны МВД Германии пока нет и конкретные механизмы практической реализации неясны», — заявила
