И к моменту пересмотра начались не только обострения на фронтах - участники таким образом усиливали свои позиции, но и привязаны последовавшие потом события. Например, мобилизация и угроза применения ядерного оружия. Во-многом, эмоциональные. Россия, видимо, расчитывала на совсем другую позицию в случае успешного хода СВО. В новом многополярном мире она рассматривалась как военная держава, и как сила способная подавлять спецоперациями "цветные революции". Тут как раз у одного из членов ШОС началась революция "черных платков".
P.S. Договоренности об обмене пленными, судя по всему, были заключены там же, в Самарканде. Саудия была наблюдателем, вместе с Катаром и Египтом. И ее участие стоило нужно было поддержать красивым жестом.
