Наперегонки. Только меня смущает кое-какой момент: суммы фантастические, подрядчики серьезные, обещают нам что это будет Бомба, типа как была ядерная. По факту это гонка вооружений. А помните чем закончилась гонка вооружений в 20 веке? Надорвались силы.
