И когда в азарте критично повысив ставки,
Переходя по ходу на раскудрявый суржик,
Невзирая на толпы пленных, и планы ставки —
Мы еще одну лобовую, братишка, сдюжим —

Ведь уже не страшны ни птицы, ни сны, ни пули —
Да и мы не готовы молиться кому попало —
Знаем даже, что зная чего хлебнули,
Нас потом будут просить завалить хлебала —

Но порвут себе глотки, ломая о нас интриги,
Дружно толкаясь на построениях к флагу —
За который мы умирая, ложились в книги,
И напивались, чтоб не свистела фляга...

Знаю, братишка, всё знаю, полно,
Плюну в того, кто скажет, что всё зазря,
Я готов все ошибки свои совершить повторно,
Потому что за ними маячит заря! Заря!

In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
