Даже не знаю, как описать то, что мы там узнали. Сложно подобрать слова, ну кроме матерных.
Начнем с Бурятии, Улан-Удэ. Мы были там в ноябре 2024 года. Ситуация на тот момент сложилась следующая:
Реконструкция правобережных очистных сооружений канализации, мощность - 130.000 куб.м./сутки. Стоимость объекта: 15 445 440 450 (пятнадцать миллиардов четыреста сорок пять миллионов четыреста сорок тысяч четыреста пятьдесят) рублей.Выполнение работ 28.62% ... вместо 92.34% по плану. Отставание по срокам более 260 дней.
На дворе сентябрь 2025 года. Прошел почти год. Знаете, какова обстановка?

Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
