This four-month hands-on training is aimed at equipping young people with skills in Participatory Action Research (PAR), Political Economy Analysis (PEA), and Intersectionality through:
* A 2-day in-person bootcamp
* Three virtual learning labs
* A guided mentorship to implement a mini-research project on youth employment challenges
