Следственными органами Следственного комитета России по Республике Саха (Якутия) по материалам проверки, проведенной сотрудниками УФСБ России по Республике Саха (Якутия), возбуждено уголовное дело по факту превышения должностных полномочий с причинением тяжких последствий (п. «в» ч. 3 ст. 286 УК РФ) при строительстве домов для детей-сирот в Таттинском районе республики.
По данным уголовного дела, в феврале 2014 года по целевой статье районной администрации были выделены денежные средства в сумме свыше 23 миллионов рублей на предоставление жилых помещений детям-сиротам и детям, оставшимся без попечения родителей.
