ВИЦЕ-ГУБЕРНАТОРОМ РЯЗАНСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ НАЗНАЧЕН САРАТОВЕЦ
Сбылся один из прогнозов рязанских СМИ: вице-губернатором этого региона стал выходец из Саратова Артём Бранов.
Бранов родился в башкирском Белебее, в Саратов переехал в юности. Здесь окончил медицинский университет и юридическую академию. Несколько лет работал в медицинской сфере, но в итоге выбрал госслужбу. Начинал в министерстве экономического развития РФ экспертом, затем вернулся в Саратов. Был исполняющим обязанности замминистра финансов, и тут его пути пересеклись с врио главы Рязанской области Павлом Малковым.
Когда Малков руководил министерством информатизации Саратовской области, Бранов возглавил подведомственный ему МФЦ. И, видимо, приглянулся руководителю: вскоре после того, как Малков был назначен главой Росстата, Бранов переехал в столицу и стал управляющим делами этого ведомства. И вот он вновь последовал за Малковым, на этот раз – в Рязань.

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels."
