МО занимает территорию в 442,19 квадратного километра, на ней зарегистрирован 2231 человек. Бузанов окончил Казанское Суворовское военное училище, филиал Военной академии тыла и транспорта в Вольске и Военную академию материально-технического обеспечения в Санкт-Петербурге. Имеет учёную степень доктора военных наук. За участие в специальной военной операции награждён медалью ордена «За заслуги перед Отечеством» с мечами.
