Также водится базовая общевойсковая подготовка до 3 месяцев для всех граждан 18-25 лет при всех учебных заведениях. Это уже намек на то, что при необходимости возраст мобилизации может быть снижен максимально.
Тут стоит напомнить, что выезд из страны запрещен мужчинам от 18 до 60 лет.
