От заказных убийств до промышленных терактов, навроде подрывов «Северных потоков», или затопления «Большой медведицы». Сидеть в глухой обороне в такой войне - обрекать себя на поражение. Надо идти в контратаку и как-то отвечать.
Хочется верить, что наверху знают, как именно это сделать.
