Desde la Unidad Educativa República de Panamá en La Guaira, fuimos testigos de esa capacitación ante emergencias. Además, celebramos un importante convenio de cooperación con la Cruz Roja Venezolana y la Dirección de Gestión Nacional de Protección Civil, que impulsará la formación en primeros auxilios y gestión de riesgos en nuestras escuelas.
