O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining 2016-yil 28-dekabrdagi “O‘zbekiston faxriylarini ijtimoiy qo‘llab-quvvatlash “Nuroniy” jamg‘armasi faoliyatini yanada takomillashtirish chora-tadbirlari to‘g‘risida”gi farmoniga muvofiq, faxriylarni rag‘batlantirish maqsadida “Mehnat faxriysi” ko‘krak nishoni ta’sis etilgan.

Shu munosabat bilan Navoiy davlat universiteti Aniq fanlar fakulteti professori Izbosarov Bahriddin Faxritdinovich o‘zining ko‘p yillik samarali mehnati, ta’lim va ilm-fan sohasidagi fidokorona xizmatlari uchun I-darajali “Mehnat faxriysi” ko‘krak nishoni bilan taqdirlandi.

Mukofotni tantanali tarzda Navoiy davlat universiteti rektori M. Kalonov hamda viloyat “Nuroniy” jamg‘armasi raisi Sh. Nabiyev topshirdilar.
