«الزامات اصلاح ساختار کلان وزارت جهاد کشاورزی و سازمانهای وابسته» با هدف رفع اقدامات موازی توسط سازمان اداری و استخدامی کشور تهیه و ابلاغ شده است. مصوبهای که موجی از نگرانی درباره سرنوشت سازمان منابعطبیعی با قدمتی بیش از 100 سال را در میان کارشناسان ایجاد کرده است.
بر اساس این مصوبه، وظایف سازمان منابع طبیعی بهنوعی بین ادارات جهاد کشاورزی استانها و سازمان محیط زیست توزیع شده و این سازمان عملا منحل میشود.
مصوبه سازمان امور استخدامی نه تنها مغایر با دو اصل قانون اساسی درباره تولیگری انفال است بلکه در شرایط جنگی، تامین امنیت غذایی کشور را هم به خطر میاندازد. جلیلی از رئیس جمهور خواست تا این مصوبه را پس بگیرد.
