🇷🇺 Пятый апелляционный суд общей юрисдикции поддержал главу Хакасии Валентина Коновалова (КПРФ) и признал недействующими изменения в закон о бюджетном процессе и межбюджетных отношениях, которые были приняты Верховным советом (парламентом) республики вопреки его позиции.
Закон запрещает региональному правительству сокращать дотации муниципалитетам за нарушение финансовой дисциплины без согласования с парламентом, он был одобрен Верховным Советом в декабре 2024. Коновалов назвал документ «антинародным» и отказался его подписывать, однако депутаты от «Единой России» сумели преодолеть вето главы республики.
Теперь, благодаря решению суда, Коновалов имеет право распустить парламент. Впрочем, ранее он говорил, что не собирается идти на это.

Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine. But, if all of this is new to you, let us explain, dear friends, what on Earth a Telegram is meant to be, and why you should, or should not, need to care. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%.
