простите, что так долго не постила умоляла барабашку вернуть мой телефон 😭 на самом деле работаю сейчас много, но более менее активно веду свой канал про йогу, потому, что практиковать стараюсь регулярно.
сегодня выдалось немного свободного времени и я люблю провести его наедине (собака не считается, ей я рада всегда и везде) любо, когда есть время просто созерцать, думать о чем-то своем (не проблемном) просто рефлексировать без вреда для менталки, а если еще и чай при этом вкусный травяной заварить так вообще атас.
в некоторых числах апреля запланирована поездка (типо недельный отпуск) поэтому активу быть, но нужно немного потерпеть и пока что поработать.
надеюсь, у вас тоже всё хорошо, вы здоровы и полны сил 🤗обнимаю за плечи.
