On the eve of EVAA’s TGE, the hype is building. The team has rolled out PR across TON influencers, crypto Telegram channels, and even got featured by major media like Cointelegraph.

They’re following STORM Trade’s playbook: vouchers first, then conversion to the token. Vouchers are trading briskly: the 20M pack started at 500 TON, dipped to 300 TON, bounced to 800 TON, and is now back near 500 TON. 🧙‍♂️ The Magic of Stotz: Turning Free TON into Cash on NASDAQ

No matter how many flattering headlines appear about TON Strategy, I still don't understand what value and benefit it brings to the TON ecosystem and blockchain as a whole.

With the latest announcements, it all seems like pure cash-out. Watch closely 🪄

Manuel Stotz wants to profit, but he doesn't want or can't sell TON directly. We all remember how the community criticized him when he sent 3M TON to the exchange while still president of TON Foundation. So how to keep earning?

He leaves TON Foundation, creates a company called TON Strategy, and sells his "free TON" to himself through private deals to keep things clean on paper. Then he puts these TON into staking, which yields about 4% annually.

With 217M TON ($637M) on the company's balance sheet, the profit from doing nothing is about $24M a year—or around $2M a month. But again, all this is in TON. How to turn it into cash? Right—buy back company shares with these funds. You can't buy company shares with TON, so he sells TON on the exchange and buys back his shares, which he then sells on NASDAQ for pure cash 😎

TON continues to fall, while Stotz keeps earning $2M a month. Nice scheme, right? 🙂 But that's not all.

If you look into the company's documents under form 14A (thanks to the SEC for requiring everything to be published), specifically in the section on consulting services, you'll see that TON Strategy has entered into a consulting services agreement with Kingsway Capital—a fund owned by Manuel Stotz. He sold TON to himself and signed an agreement with himself 😆

And it gets even more interesting. As compensation for consulting services, TON Strategy paid Kingsway Capital a one-time fee of $3M in cash and committed to paying an annual consulting fee of 2% of TON Strategy's market capitalization, monthly, in TON or cash. So, the more shares he buys back, the more he pays himself.

As of September 30, 2025, Kingsway Capital has already been paid about $1.2M under this agreement, and this will continue monthly, and I doubt it's paid in TON 🪄

So, while we sit here and "rejoice" that TON's TVL is hitting rock bottom, Manuel Stotz is making millions of dollars with a flick of the wrist and appearances in media and podcasts.

App Center: Entry by Stars and Passports

It's been a while since I wrote about a company like Telegram Apps Center. They've had some staffing changes after moving to TON Studio, and it seems like the right time to talk about them.

For those unaware, Apps Center was once called the "App Store within Telegram," containing numerous mini-apps. It's a bit of a mess inside because there are so many apps to manage, but the list is periodically cleaned up. For example, they recently removed Watermelon Clicker after a year because it wasn't working, while @kingygmbot (the farm I wrote about) is still alive and available for launch from the App Center 🦍

So why did I decide to write about them?! Telegram App Center and TON Foundation staff have always positioned the mini-app as a separate entity, calling it a startup. Legally, Telegram App Center belongs to TON Studio in Dubai, but we all understand how it works. The employees who worked there were from TON Foundation and The Open Platform, and even now, for example, @E_ugeniya has a checkmark from TON Foundation and is involved in app placement. I don't know how they explain it, but that's how it works.

To place your app there, you need to pass KYC. That's fine, it's also hard to get into the App Store, but the problem is that citizens of Russia and Belarus are not allowed to pass this KYC because these are supposedly "prohibited countries" for partnership. Never mind that 90% of your audience and apps are from the CIS? 🚑

Besides the restrictions, they also require signing a contract where they ask for a percentage of each donated star. Judging by the wallet, not many projects do this, but there is still income.

Of course, if Telegram Apps Center provided traffic and users, it would be fair, but everything there is dead; at most, you'll get a thousand bots that spin all the loyalty programs and check-ins introduced there.

So, to sum up, what kind of company is Telegram Apps Center, and why don't they allow citizens of Russia and Belarus? And what is TON Studio, which is supposedly TON Foundation, but not really 🙂 TON Foundation has always been considered a non-profit organization, but with the launches of Fuse and such antics from TON Studio, I understand that there is already a commercial component.

😏 TON reset but didn't disappear.

Today, it felt like TON transitioned from testnet2 to mainnet—once again.

TON's price dropped in stages: first by $2, sparking jokes about the "stable $2," then sharply to $1 and below, reaching $0.57. Panic ensued: some sold off their gains, others opened longs, and some were liquidated. 🚑

For many, it was a baptism by fire as Margin Kolya made his debut. Those with stablecoins made good buys. Even Telegram Stars offered a 30% discount because Fragment didn't update TON's rate.

It was amusing to see AlphaTON Capital liquidated after taking a loan against TON, especially as NASDAQ promoted them today. 😏 Stotz and Durov sold TON well — even with a 50% discount, buyers were scarce.

Whether this will happen again is uncertain. The weekend is ahead, but seeing TON at $0.5 is still unsettling.

🐋 Whale is preparing to surface: TGE on the horizon!

To keep the date under wraps for now, let's start with an introduction. Whale seems to be gradually moving away from providers to develop their own games. Each month, a new game is released, familiar in mechanics but always with a unique twist. First, it was a duck, now it's blackjack.

Their games have a noticeable higher coefficient—no matter how much I play, I almost always come out ahead. Plus, you can play with the Whale token, all fair and within their ecosystem ✈️

Recently, I had dinner with a colleague from The Open Platform, and he asked me, "What do you think about the introduction of stocks in Wallet?" As you know from the announcements, soon within Telegram, the Wallet will feature a Stocks & ETFs section with tokenized stocks and funds. I decided to share my response in a post.

I started by mentioning that xRocket was ahead of the game, having introduced stock trading back in July. There were trades, but not for long, and then even the market maker was turned off because there were no trades at all. Now, I see they're no longer even listed among the pairs.

So, I pose a rhetorical question: "Who actually needs these stocks, and who will trade them?" and I answer it myself.

Yes, at first glance, it's an opportunity to buy American stocks during sanctions and restrictions. Sounds cool. But why would a user from the CIS need US stocks? To speculate? 💣 There are plenty of other tools for that. To invest long-term? This tool just appeared, and it's unclear what will happen with it tomorrow. Maybe Asian users will want to buy stocks? They already have plenty of opportunities for that. And those who really want to will buy directly on the stock exchange—without the extra chain of intermediaries like blockchain and a couple of companies.

In the end, we both (okay, just me) concluded that tokenized stocks in Telegram are really unnecessary. Considering that most Wallet users are from the CIS, the tool is unlikely to become popular.

Yes, from a marketing perspective, the headlines will be flashy—"Stocks and ETFs right in Telegram!"—but in reality, it's just another tool that most won't need.

💸 BNB is handing out millions, while TON offers a philosophy of poverty.

What's happening with BNB is simply amazing. 🪄 They practically "shaved" the entire market three days ago, and now they're breaking ATH and distributing $45M in retroactive airdrops to those who traded and are trading memecoins on the BNB network.

If we follow this logic and calculate how much Pavel Durov earned from selling gifts, Manuel Stotz from selling TON, and how much DWF, TON's market maker, sold at $5–7, it seems like we're headed for those coveted multipliers and TON at $10. But alas, no one will share with us, and we will die in poverty. 😵

In two weeks, Memlandia will launch, and according to the banner, a total of $1M will be distributed. Moreover, if we believe the insider chats, the distribution won't happen all at once, not even in a week, but gradually throughout the winter. While the world queues for gold, in TON it's being taken from liquidity, not the market. 🥇

Today, liquidity was completely withdrawn from XAUt0/USD₮ pools on tonco and bidask, and on STON it's slowly evaporating, with only $43K left. DeDust never really had any, and now it's at 0 too.

There's a belief that the big whales, once asked to provide liquidity for announcements, realized there's no yield in TON and moved the gold to other networks, where returns are currently great due to volatility.

At this rate, they might take all $100M, leaving TON as an unsecured shield. 🛌

Whale or crocodile? 🐊 I'm starting to wonder. They've launched an NFT collection of crocodiles on Solana, where buying an NFT will earn you airdrops from the game's turnover.

Yesterday, in the KINGY 100+ chat discussed whether there will be returns, how quickly it will pay off, and so on, concluding that it's better to buy than not. Especially since the price is rising daily and the supply is limited.

Looking at the stats, there are already over 100K players in the crocodile game. Suppose each spent at least $5—that's a $500,000 turnover.
