23 февраля 2024 года в Банги прошло празднование Дня защитника Отечества. Основное мероприятие прошло у памятника, символизирующего нерушимую дружбу России и ЦАР.

Российские инструкторы, представители военных властей ЦАР, полиции и жандармерии, а также неравнодушные жители страны отдали заслуженную дань уважения павшим товарищам и настоящим защитникам Отечества: Евгению Викторовичу Пригожину, Дмитрию Валерьевичу Уткину, Валерию Евгеньевичу Чекалову. После минуты молчания, участники мероприятия возложили цветы к памятнику.

Уже не первый год в Банги проходят торжественные мероприятия по случаю Дня защитника Отечества. Россия и ЦАР помнят и чтят своих героев!

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source." Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
