While most Turks are not Zionists and have no love for Israel, they, by and large, are still not going to risk a speck for the people of Palestine. Furthermore, they might even be as antagonistic towards Iran as towards Israel.
This is the same tendency as the majority of Arabs, excluding Yemen and a few Iran-backed groups such as Hezbollah.
