«Мы реагируем уже несколько лет. На сегодня инспекция по недвижимости признала этот объект незаконным и будет обращаться в суд о его сносе. Перспективу дела я оценить не могу, существует разная судебная практика. Все компетентные и исполнительные органы в курсе. Мы считаем, что в садовом товариществе должны заниматься садоводством, а, в построенных там домах, люди должны жить, а проводить там религиозные обряды, тем более, с массовым пребыванием людей, невозможно. Но у нас нет никаких полномочий это прекратить или запретить, тем более оштрафовать, кроме того, чтобы писать обращения в различные органы. Что мы и делаем на регулярной основе. Спасибо за понимание.»
