«В результате рабочих встреч представителей соответствующих ведомств Армении и Сирии достигнута договоренность об обсуждении также вопроса оказания РА гуманитарной помощи Сирии. Принятие этого проекта решения обусловлено необходимостью транспортировки наземным путем через территорию Турции грузов гуманитарной помощи, направляемых в Сирию из Армении», - говорится в решении.
