Интересно, что в этом году подряд на ремонт Московского шоссе выигрывала компания «Самаратрансстрой». Именно она делала ремонт Московского шоссе перед ЧМ, после чего на полотне появились колеи. Минтранс не смог через суд добиться ремонта по гарантии. Но в итоге эта же компания получила новый подряд (за новые деньги) на ремонт Московского шоссе.

Источник вечного обогащения, кажется, найден. Можно переделывать Московское шоссе на регулярной основе.

Сплетники связывают «Самаратрансстрой» с депутатом, главой комитета по транспорту Губдумы Андреем Мурзовым. Он в этом году выдвинулся на предварительное голосование от «Единой России».

The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war.
