Депутат Законодательного собрания от КПРФ Роман Яковлев обратился к Правительству России с призывом обратить внимание на коммунальные аварии в столице Сибири.
Только Локтя, который годами отвечал за местную «коммуналку», разваливая городское хозяйство, Яковлев предпочитает не упоминать. Очень странно, что он считает, что жители Новосибирска и правительство страны не помнят имени реального виновника происходящего.
