Помните я рассказывал, что Артёма Самсонова отказались выпускать из колонии в связи с его диагнозом?

Напомню, что мы до этого с моим коллегой-адвокатом Сердюковым Кириллом Геннадьевичем из-за диагноза Артёма обращались к Уполномоченной по правам человека как в письменной, так и в устной форме.

Сначала получил ответ от УПЧ, что моё обращение отправлено во ФСИН России. Второе письмо я получил сегодня уже от ФСИН России, датируемое аж 22 мая 2025 года: Артёму проведены медицинские исследования, поставлен диагноз и теперь отправлены документы в суд для освобождения его от наказания.

Суд, как известно, отказал. Однако думаю, заявления больницы бы не было без обращения к УПЧ и без реакции ФСИН России.

Но всё же вода камень точит, не правда ли?
