В социальных медиа сообщается, что в ноябре 2025 года в селе Большой Луг Шелеховского района группа несовершеннолетних применила насилие в отношении 13-летней школьницы. Отмечается, что аналогичные противоправные действия совершаются в отношении других сверстников.
Следственными органами СК России по Иркутской области по данному факту возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ст. 117 УК РФ (истязание).
Глава ведомства поручил руководителю СУ СК России по Иркутской области Ситникову А.В. представить доклад о ходе расследования уголовного дела и установленных обстоятельствах.

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives?
