В соцмедиа сообщается, что в Ботлихском районе несовершеннолетние совершили противоправные действия в отношении сверстницы. Также говорится, что происходящее девочки записывали на видео.
По данному факту следственными органами СК России по Республике Дагестан организована процессуальная проверка по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ст. 116 УК РФ (побои).
Глава СК России поручил руководителю следственного управления по Республике Дагестан Беляеву Д.В. доложить о ходе проверки и установленных обстоятельствах.
