По данному факту следственными органами СК России по Приморскому краю возбуждено уголовное дело по статье 213 УК РФ (хулиганство).
Председатель СК России Бастрыкин А.И. поручил руководителю СУ по Приморскому краю Трубчику Э.А. доложить о ходе расследования уголовного дела и установленных обстоятельствах.

Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
