В средствах массовой информации сообщается, что во Владивостоке подростки избили пожилого мужчину, сделавшего им замечание в связи с нарушением общественного порядка.
По данному факту следственными органами СК России по Приморскому краю возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ст. 213 УК РФ (хулиганство).
Председатель СК России Бастрыкин А.И. поручил руководителю СУ СК России по Приморскому краю Трубчику Э.А. доложить о ходе расследования уголовного дела и установленных обстоятельствах.
