В соответствии с графиком конкурса, до 14 марта конкурсная комиссия займётся обработкой поступивших заявок. Публичные защиты пройдут с 24 марта по 30 апреля. График этих защит будет опубликован не позже чем за два дня до их начала.

"It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into." In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
