Власти Москвы включили в программу КРТ три участка общей площадью 40 га в районе поселка Толстопальцево. На них планируют возвести 174 560 м² общественно-жилой недвижимости, из которой 83 520 м² — жилые.
Один из участков площадью 18,3 гектара расположен в «лесном массиве», который на самом деле представляет собой нереализованный проект модернизации радиоцентра «Постниково». Этот радиоцентр был построен в 1940-х годах как аэродромный приводной радиомаяк для аэропорта Внуково. На этом участке планируют возвести 54 800 м² жилья и физкультурно-оздоровительный комплекс.

In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai.
