Это событие станет платформой для обсуждения достижений и вызовов, связанных с развитием и внедрением ИИ в госуправление, бизнес и социальные процессы, а также с его ролью в сохранении и развитии тюркских языков.
Форум будет завершающим этапом серии встреч представителей стран ОТГ по вопросам безопасности, энергетики, языка и картографии, предваряющих XI саммит глав государств ОТГ в Бишкеке 6 ноября.
Инициатива проведения Цифрового форума, посвященного развитию ИИ, принадлежит президенту Киргизии Садыру Жапарову, который выступил с этой идеей год назад на X саммите ОТГ.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added.
