Несмотря на кажущийся низкий уровень доходов граждан страны, они стараются это делать. Монголы такие, у каждого есть какой-то дополнительный доход (вроде калыма)
Думаю, что стремление путешествовать объясняется внутренней свободой, которая как обязательная опция, встраивается каждому монголу при рождении)
